Refund policy
We value your business and satisfaction. You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund or credit (excluding shipping and handling). Furniture and large equipment are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged during shipping. You must report shipping damage within 7 days of receipt. Damage claims are not accepted without original shipping cartons and packing material.
There is no exchange or refund for the following items:
Nail Polishes
Nail Treatments
Nail Gel Colors
Acrylic Liquids
Acrylic Powders
Dip Powders, #1, #2, #3, #4
Used nail drills and equipment
Used implements
Any items that are not in their original boxes
Any items with no receipt
After 2 weeks period
Email us at customerservice@8ty8beauty.com or call 1-631-666-5810 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do NOT return any merchandise to us without a RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.
Clearly write the RMA number on the mailing label or the outside of your packaging box and mail it to:

For your protection, we suggest you ship the merchandise to us prepaid, insured, and with a tracking number for proof of delivery. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective or damaged items.
IMPORTANT: If you refuse your order after shipment, you will be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee. No credit or refund will be given for merchandise returned after 30 days or not in NEW condition with all packaging material included.
All warranties, if expressed, are provided by the manufacturers. If you have an item that requires repair or replacement, please contact the manufacturer. If there are any doubts as to where to send the product, please e-mail customerservice@8ty8beauty.com for clarification.
